Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada (and internationally, where available). Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

Q: What is your return policy?
Because our products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients, we generally do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
We do offer refunds or replacements if:
The item arrives damaged or defective, or
The wrong product was shipped.

Q: How can I book a tarot reading?
You can book your intuitive reading directly through our Booking Page. Select your preferred session length and time, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete.
Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. Please reach out at least 24 hours before your session to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may be non-refundable.
