1. Physical Products (Self-Care & Home Goods)

We want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our products—many of which are handcrafted, made with natural ingredients, or used for personal care—we generally do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.

• The wrong item was shipped.

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

2. Booking Services

All tarot readings and booking services are non-refundable once the session is delivered or complete.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to choose a new time.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

3. Shipping Issues
